- ข้อมูลระบุตัวตนและการติดต่อ: ชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ อีเมล LINE ID ชื่อบัญชี Facebook/Messenger
- ข้อมูลทางธุรกิจ: ชื่อบริษัทหรือแบรนด์ ตำแหน่งงาน
- ข้อมูลโครงการ: ประเภทสินค้าที่สนใจ สถานะโปรเจกต์ จำนวนที่คาดว่าจะสั่งผลิต และรายละเอียดที่ท่านแจ้งเราในข้อความ
- ข้อมูลทางเทคนิค: หมายเลข IP ประเภทเบราว์เซอร์ และข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ ซึ่งถูกบันทึกโดยอัตโนมัติในบันทึกการใช้งานเซิร์ฟเวอร์เมื่อท่านเข้าชมเว็บไซต์
เราไม่ประสงค์จะเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว (เช่น ข้อมูลสุขภาพ ศาสนา) ผ่านช่องทางเหล่านี้ กรุณาอย่าส่งข้อมูลดังกล่าวให้เรา

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นแก่:
- ทีมงานภายในบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายวิจัยและพัฒนา และฝ่ายผลิต

5. Facebook Messenger และ LINE
เมื่อท่านติดต่อเราผ่าน Facebook Messenger หรือ LINE เราจะได้รับข้อความ ไฟล์ และรูปภาพที่ท่านส่งมา รวมถึงข้อมูลโปรไฟล์พื้นฐานที่แพลตฟอร์มแสดงให้เราเห็น เช่น ชื่อที่แสดง รูปโปรไฟล์ และรหัสผู้ใช้เฉพาะของแพลตฟอร์มนั้น เราใช้ข้อมูลนี้เพื่อตอบกลับคำถามและติดตามโครงการของท่านเท่านั้น ตามฐานทางกฎหมายในข้อ 3

6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา
เราเก็บข้อมูลของท่านเท่าที่จำเป็นต่อวัตถุประสงค์ข้างต้น และตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด เมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาดังกล่าว เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
7. การรักษาความปลอดภัย
เรามีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยทั้งด้านเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสม เพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึง ใช้ เปลี่ยนแปลง หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และจำกัดการเข้าถึงเฉพาะบุคลากรที่จำเป็น
8. สิทธิของเจ้าของข้อมูล
ท่านมีสิทธิตาม PDPA ดังนี้
- ขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลของท่าน
- ขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ขอให้ลบ ทำลาย หรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
- ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล หรือคัดค้านการประมวลผล
- ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูล
- ถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยไม่กระทบการประมวลผลที่ทำไปแล้วก่อนถอนความยินยอม
- ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หากท่านเห็นว่าเราฝ่าฝืนกฎหมาย
9. คุกกี้และเทคโนโลยีที่คล้ายกัน
เว็บไซต์จัดเก็บภาษาที่ท่านเลือกไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของท่าน (local storage) เพื่อให้หน้าเว็บแสดงภาษาเดิม ปัจจุบันเราไม่ได้ใช้คุกกี้เพื่อการโฆษณาหรือการวิเคราะห์การใช้งาน อย่างไรก็ตาม หน้าเว็บโหลดฟอนต์จาก Google Fonts และแผนที่ Google Maps ที่ฝังอยู่ ซึ่ง Google จะได้รับหมายเลข IP ของท่านและอาจตั้งคุกกี้ของตนเองเมื่อแผนที่โหลดขึ้นมา (ดูนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Google) ท่านสามารถตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์เพื่อปฏิเสธหรือลบคุกกี้และข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ได้ตลอดเวลา หากเราเพิ่มเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ในอนาคต เราจะปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้

This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA") when you enquire about our OEM/ODM cosmetic manufacturing services through our website, Facebook Messenger, LINE, phone or email.

2. Personal data we collect
- Identity and contact details: full name, phone number, email, LINE ID, Facebook/Messenger account name.
- Business details: company or brand name, job title.
- Project details: product categories of interest, project stage, estimated order quantity, and any information you include in your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and device information, recorded automatically in our web server logs when you visit the website.
We do not intend to collect sensitive personal data (such as health or religious data) through these channels. Please do not send it to us.

4. Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only as necessary with:
- Relevant internal teams, such as sales, R&D and production.
- Service providers that help us operate, such as our website hosting and email providers, and the platforms you choose to contact us through, including Meta (Facebook/Messenger) and LINE, which have their own privacy policies.
- Google, whose Google Fonts and embedded Google Maps receive your IP address and browser details when those elements load on our pages.
- Government authorities where required by law.
Some providers may process data on servers outside Thailand. Where this happens, we will ensure appropriate safeguards as required by law.
5. Facebook Messenger and LINE
When you contact us through Facebook Messenger or LINE, we receive the messages, files and photos you send, plus basic profile details the platform shows us, such as your display name, profile picture and a platform-specific user ID. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and follow up on your project, on the legal bases in section 3.

6. Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and as required by law. After that, we delete it or anonymise it.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure, and limit access to personnel who need it.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Request deletion, destruction or anonymisation of your data.
- Request restriction of use, or object to processing.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee Office if you believe we have breached the law.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
Our website stores your language choice in your browser (local storage) so pages stay in the language you picked. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. However, pages load fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map; Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies when the map loads (see Google's privacy policy). You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest effective date is shown at the top of this page.
